Mr. Wachter has over 33 years management experience in the construction of industrial, commercial, retail and multi-family properties, including extensive involvement in the development and design phases. He has been a development and construction manager for commercial, retail and multi-family projects in Texas, Colorado and Florida. Mr. Wachter has served as a land development operating partner for a major Dallas development firm and also as a regional construction manager in Florida for a national general contractor.
